Overview
Warranty for the brands that we import and distribute. It is applicable from the date of invoice :-

- XTZ – 2 years warranty for electronics and 3 years for the drivers (speaker/subwoofer/tweeter)
- Monoprice – 1 year warranty on all products
- Eltax – 1 year for the electronics and 2 years warranty on drivers
- Tangent – 1 year for the electronics and 2 years warranty on drivers
- IOTAVX – 1 year for all products
- Acoustic Portrait – 1 year for all products
- Wattson Audio – 1 year for all products
- Power Sound Audio – 3 years for all products
Though the brands offer more in their respective countries, we cannot offer the same here due to various reasons. To claim warranty please provide your original invoice details. If you have bought it through one of our dealer then please approach the dealer for warranty claims.
Warranty for the brands that we sell but don’t distribute :-
For the other brands that we resell (like Elite screens, GrandView, Epson, Sony, JVC, Pioneer, Onkyo, Arcam, AudioControl, Rythmik, MiniDSP etc) , then the warranty clauses of the India distributor / Brand applies.
Returns and Refunds
Items sent through courier are not insured, any damages during transit should be taken care by the recipient. We advise you to take transit insurance for heavier / sensitive items at least.
If you have bought the product through one of our dealer then please contact them for returns / refunds.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and it must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed thru the payment method used during purchase.

Products sold on offers are not eligible for refunds
Exchanges
If you have bought the product through one of our dealers then please contact them for exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or for an higher end model, send us an email at {surroundswar@gmail.com}.
Please note that shipping will be charged extra while sending the exchanged item
